Where warm hospitality and the simple pleasures of eating and drinking well take centre stage.

Our story

Set within the historic E.J.H. Corner House at Singapore Botanic Gardens, Bistro 1910 brings a fresh perspective to one of the Gardens’ most distinctive addresses. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery, the restaurant offers a welcoming escape from the bustle of the city, where the charm of the original house meets a relaxed, contemporary approach to dining.

From leisurely lunches to convivial dinners and evenings over cocktails, Bistro 1910 invites guests to experience the Gardens in a different light. As day turns to evening, the house takes on a character of its own, offering a beautiful setting to share meals, stories, laughter and good company.

At the table

Familiar flavours meet ideas and techniques drawn from across cultures, resulting in a menu that is approachable in spirit, occasionally unexpected in execution, and always guided by good ingredients and skilled cooking. From tiffin lunches and comforting favourites to generous roasts and dishes made for sharing, there is something for every occasion.

Our food takes its cues from Singapore’s rich culinary heritage, shaped by British, Chinese, Malay and Indian influences, while embracing the possibilities of contemporary cooking.

A good pour

Our drinks program draws on the creativity of sister company Distillius, Singapore’s award-winning craft distillery. As the home and launch platform for Equatoria Gin, Bistro 1910 also showcases Arveau aperitif, Super Pandan liqueur and EQ Syrups through cocktails, aperitifs and non-alcoholic creations with a distinctly equatorial character.

A thoughtfully curated wine list brings together celebrated classics and lesser-known discoveries, selected for their character and affinity with the food.

The simple pleasures of eating and drinking well, in good company.
